What to Expect

As a first time guest we will be with you to help walk you through every step of the morning, from our reserved Guest Parking spots to a seat in our worship center. Here at Hope Baptist Church we are all about people and showing the love of Jesus.

Come as You Are

At Hope, there is no dress code! You might see people in suits and ties, casual dress, as well as people in shorts and t-shirts. Come in what you are comfortable in!

Something for your whole family!

We want your and your family’s time at Hope to be nothing short of life-changing. Because of this, we have different ministries for the whole family to enjoy. From infants to children, grade school to college, Young adults to Seniors, we have classes geared for your growth in whatever stage of life you are in.

This is what to expect:

SUNDAY MORNINGS:

·      Our live Worship Service begins at 10:30am! Please arrive 15 minutes before to allow time to park, to speak with Guest Services, and be guided to a seat. Our service lasts about an hour to hour and a half.

·      As you enter our parking lot, you will be greeted with our lot attendants to help direct you to our parking. Please know, we have parking reserved just for you located on the front row. These spots are marked with a Guest Parking sign.

·      We have 2 entrances into our building for Sunday morning worship. These doors are flanked with our greeters that will be ready to welcome you and point you in the direction to our Children’s area and Worship Center.

·      The Pre-school area, which is ages birth-Kindergarten, is available for our worship services. All first time guests to the nursery will be required to fill out a guest card. Click on the pre-school ministry button below for more information.

·      Children’s Church is available during school months for 1st - 3rd graders (August-May). One of our guest team members can direct you to this area, which is located upstairs, when children’s church is in session.

·      Hope ushers and greeters will be at the entrance to our worship center to help guide you to a seat. They are ready to answer any questions you may have about our ministries and happenings at Hope.

·      Beginning September 2021, we will introduce our new life group set up. If you prefer to attend adult life group on Sunday mornings, we will have 3 classes that will be meeting at 9:00am; the Charles Hall class, for our senior adults, the Tom Hurley class, for empty nesters, and the GAP class, our college students and young professionals. No child life groups or nursery are available on Sunday mornings, pre-service.

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS:

·      Fellowship Family Dinner served from 5:30-6:15. Free for first time attendees. Cost is $5 per adult, $2 per child.

Connect groups are from 6:30-7:30. Different options will be available from Men’s or Women’s groups, to topic related studies for couples or singles. Youth Ignite will meet in the Youth Room and RA’s and GA’s classes for 1st – 5th graders will be upstairs. Nursery to kindergarten care provided.
